“Summer” Workouts are November 2nd – December 18th

• Participation is strictly voluntary, you do NOT have to participate in the workouts in order to participate in the scheduled upcoming seasons.
• While we are glad that our athletes can begin to workout, this is not June or July. Therefore, some camps or activities will not be offered during November and December.
• Find the sport you would like to participate in and contact the coach directly to find out which sports will be conducting activities during this “Summer” period. For information about the status of a sport or to find coach information, please visit www.4agshl.com/.

FamilyID
In preparation for the return of sports in our high schools, we are excited to announce that we are now offering the convenience of online athletic clearance through FamilyID (www.familyid.com). Please note that we are working on a plan for the return of sports, and will send information about that as soon as it is available. This registration process is replacing paper packets.

If your student plans to participate in a fall sport, please go online now and clear your student-athlete for future participation. FamilyID is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for our athletic programs, and helps us to be more administratively efficient and environmentally responsible. When you register through FamilyID, the system keeps track of your information in your FamilyID profile. You enter your information only once for each family member for multiple sports.

BEFORE YOU REGISTER
Please complete your sports physical and have that documentation ready to upload into the FamilyID system (click here for a blank sports physical form). If you are approved for free/reduced meals, then you will need to upload your award certificate to get the participation fee discount.

INFORMATION NEEDED TO REGISTER
It will be helpful to have the following information handy to allow for accurate completion of your online registration.

REGISTRATION PROCESS
A parent/guardian should register with FamilyID at:

1. To find your program, go to your high school’s FamilyID link above and click the blue Programs button.
2. Next click “Fall 2020 Athletic Registration.”
3. Scroll down on the page and click the blue Register Now button and scroll, if necessary, to the Create Account/Log In blue buttons. If this is your first time using FamilyID, click Create Account. OR, if you already have a FamilyID account, click Log In.
4. Create your secure FamilyID account by entering the account owner First and Last names (parent/guardian), email address and password. Select “I Agree” to the FamilyID Terms of Service. Click Create Account.
5. You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account. (If you don’t see the email, check your email filters (spam, junk, etc.).
6. Click on the link in your activation email, which will log you in to FamilyID.com.
7. Once in the registration form, complete the information requested. All fields with a red* are required to have an answer.
8. Click the Continue button when your form is complete.
9. Review your registration summary.

At any time, you may login at www.familyid.com to update your information and to check your registration(s). To view a completed registration, select the Registrations tab in the blue menu bar at the top of your screen.
