Cap and gown distribution information

We are excited to announce distribution of caps and gowns, more details about graduation, and all senior supplies from Royal-T!  Please read the following carefully so we can make this distribution event exciting and memorable for our Class of 2020!

Delivery: Friday, May 8^th  

• Last names A-M: 9:00 to 10:30 a.m.
• Last names N-Z: 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Please refer to the map below regarding where cap and gown pickup will occur. We have broken the pickup into two separate times in order to minimize wait times and traffic. Students and families should enter the BGHS campus from the east, onto Stadium Road from Parkway Avenue. Traffic will snake around the parking lot in front of the gym, and will exit at the east end of Stadium Road, next to the auto shop.

PLEASE OBSERVE APPROPRIATE SOCIAL DISTANCING AT ALL TIMES!

DO NOT CARPOOL, UNLESS YOU ARE WITH FAMILY MEMBERS WHO LIVE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD!

Protocols:

1. Please do not get out of your car.  As you approach the school, there will be signs indicating how the traffic will flow through the parking lot. Please follow the instructions and stay in your car as you drive through to pick up your product. Once you reach the distribution location we will bring you everything you ordered,. Please stay in your car and indicate where you would like us to set your items (roll window down in back seat, lift tailgate, etc.).  We need this to happen to keep social distancing rules in place.
2. Write your name on a piece of paper in the window.  MAKE A SIGN!  Please plan ahead to make sure your name is clearly written on a piece of paper that we can see through your window.  This will help us move quickly, and we will be able to maintain appropriate social distance.
3. Haven’t ordered yet?  Please do it now!  Visit our website at www.highschool.herffjones.com.  Place your order as soon as possible if you intend to pick it up on May 8th. We will not be taking new orders at the delivery event.
4. Balance due.  Some of you have received notifications (phone calls and emails) that you have a balance due. Please pay your balance due before the start of the distribution. We will not be taking payments during the distribution. If you have questions about your balance, or would like to make a payment, please contact info@royaltpapers.com.
