Don’t miss Freshman Day Aug. 26!

Your soon-to-be BGHS Tiger is invited to Freshman Day on Monday, Aug. 26 from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. at Battle Ground High School.

Freshman Day is all about the students! They’ll have the opportunity to meet with an upper-class peer mentor, tour their new campus, pick up and walk their class schedules so they know where to go on the first day of school, and meet with staff and their fellow students. Lunch will be available for purchase in the cafeteria. Students can use their lunch number as they did in their middle schools, and families can add money to lunch accounts through Skyward.

Buses are available for students who need transportation to and from BGHS Freshman Day. Please note that buses are picking up and dropping off students at designated middle schools, and not at their home address or other bus stops.

Bus schedules

Buses will be leaving from the following middle schools. If a student rides the bus to the event, please be sure they take the same bus back to the middle school where they were picked up.

Amboy Middle: Bus departs Amboy Middle School at 7:55 a.m., and returns students by 12:05 p.m.

Daybreak Middle: Bus departs Daybreak at 8:10 a.m., and returns students by 11:50 a.m.

Tukes Valley Middle: Bus departs TVM at 8:10 a.m., and returns students by 11:50 a.m.
