More than 1,000 hanging baskets available on a first-come, first-served basis

COVID-19 safety protocols will be in place, including the requirement for everyone to wear masks and observe physical distancing. A limited number of shoppers will be allowed into the greenhouse at a time to allow for physical distancing. Thank you for helping us to keep our community safe.

Hanging baskets of flowers grown in Battle Ground High School’s greenhouses by students and staff will be available for purchase at our annual public sale beginning April 24. Stock is limited this year due to the public health crisis.

Money raised from these sales supports the district’s horticulture and FFA programs and welding teams.

Battle Ground High School Plant Sale

  • Saturday, April 24
  • 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. (will close earlier if baskets sell out)
  • BGHS greenhouses, 300 W Main St., Battle Ground

Battle Ground High School’s Agriculture Department has more than a thousand hanging baskets available for sale this year. No other types of plants will be available this year at BGHS.

The BGHS greenhouse will be open for basket selection, with staff and volunteers following COVID protocols of 6’ physical distancing, masks on at all times, and only allowing a limited number of people in the greenhouse compound at one time.

Traffic flow will be controlled and entrance and exit will be two different gates. The traditional east gate in the parking lot at the gym area will be the point of entrance. It will be first come, first served. We will be asking people to wait in a physically-distanced line at the gate.

Please come prepared to carry your own baskets to your vehicle.
